(english version) Dragan Matić und Vladimir Frelih haben in ländlichen Regionen von Mazedonien und Montenegro eine Serie von Videoarbeiten entwickelt, die das Aufeinandertreffen von urbanem Leben und naturnahem Lebensstil thematisieren. Die Protagonisten in den idyllischen Landschaftsszenen werden als Fremdkörper inszeniert und zeigen das Spannungsverhältnis zwischen Mensch und Natur auf. Die Videos behandeln dabei ökologische, psychologische und ökonomische Fragen und reflektieren die Rolle des Individuums im Zeitalter des Anthropozäns.

In rural regions of Macedonia and Montenegro, Dragan Matić and Vladimir Frelih developed a series of video works that explore the encounter between urban life and natural lifestyle. The protagonists in these idyllic landscape scenes are presented as foreign objects, demonstrating the tension between humans and nature. At the same time the videos deal with ecological, psychological and economic questions and reflect the role of the individual in the age of the Anthropocene.
