Liebe MusikliebhaberInnen, liebe Kunstinteressierte,
auch unsere Auftrittspläne wurden von den aktuellen Entwicklungen durcheinandergewirbelt. Mit Interesse haben wir viele künstlerische Äußerungen in den vergangenen Tagen wahrgenommen. Dennoch wollen wir unseren Konzerttermin vom Samstag, den 25. April 2020 in der Stuttgarter Galerie Oberwelt in angepasster Form anbieten.
Wir konnten und können nicht proben, wir können aktuell nicht live spielen. Daher ist die Idee, dass wir zum Zeitpunkt des eigentlichen Konzerts als Livestream bei Youtube eine kleine Tacke-Revue zeigen, in der eine an- regende Mischung aus Video, Musik, Text und Bild für Euch vorgestellt und live von unserem Sänger Wolfgang moderiert bzw. performt wird. Für uns ist es – schon rein technisch – ein größeres Experiment. Aber wir können versprechen, dass wir uns ein paar feine Überraschungen für Euch überlegt haben und auch ein neuer Song, sowie ein brandneuer Text zu Ohren gebracht werden wird. Einblicke wird es in den aktuellen Arbeitsstand an unserem kommenden Longplayer geben und das Artwork, was dazu schon im Entstehen ist.
Ein wichtiger Punkt ist der Ort, an dem alles stattfindet: die Oberwelt e.V. Stuttgart. Hier ist noch die aktuelle installative Ausstellung von Monika Drach zu sehen, die uns einen Rahmen gibt und zum Dialog einlädt. Öffnet Euch ein gutes Getränk, setzt Euch mit oder ohne Kopfhörer vor Euer Endgerät und folgt einfach unserem Live-Stream auf YouTube (erreichbar auch über www.tacke-band.de und Oberwelt Stream).

Das Trio ART-ATTACKE, oder kurz TACKE gibt es seit 2012 und steht für deutschsprachigen Alternativpop mit ungewöhnlichen Texten. In vielen Galerien, Kunstvereinen und Institutionen deutschlandweit waren sie bereits live zu Gast.
Stilistisch sind sie vielseitig aufgestellt und wollen immer wieder überraschen, so wird mehr auf Zwischentöne und lyrische Tiefe geachtet. Sprachlich poetisch und ausdrucksstark entwickelt der Maler und Zeichner Wolfgang Neumann (Gesang, Bass) auf der Ebene der Lyrics eine eigene Meisterschaft. Wie auch in seinen Gemälden blitzt die reale Welt mit ihren Zumutungen und Widersprüchen auf und taucht immer wieder in imaginäre, absurde Erlebniswelten ein, die mitunter sehr spaßig sind. Nik Zenon, der einen großen Erfahrungsschatz auf der Gitarre hat, nimmt auch die Tracks für die Tonträger klanglich transparent und detailverliebt auf. Für den richtigen Beat sorgt Detlef Eilers am Schlagwerk. Mit „Gammel Royal“ (2014) und „Gute Nacht, Geschichte“ (2015) wurden zwei Tonträger und limitierte Kunst- Editionen sowie auch bis in jüngste Zeit einige Videos veröffentlicht. Ohne viele Schnörkel überzeugt ART-ATTACKE das aufgeschlossene Publikum auch mit ihrer Live Präsenz. Audio, Video, Bio: www.tacke-band.de

Dear music and art lovers,
Like so many others, our performance plans have been turned upside down by the current developments. In recent days we have observed with interest many examples of artistic expression. All the same, we want to offer our planned concert on Saturday, 25 April 2020 in the Stuttgart gallery Oberwelt in an adapted form.
We have been and are unable to practise; we cannot currently play live. The idea, therefore, is for us to present a little Tacke revue as a live stream on YouTube at the time of the actual concert, featuring a stimulating mix of video, music, text and image, compèred and/or performed by our singer Wolfgang. This is – even just from a technical standpoint – a big experiment for us. But we can promise that we’ve come up with a few nice surprises for you, and there’ll be a new song as well as a brand new text to be heard. The revue will provide insight into the current state of progress of our upcoming LP and its artwork, which is already being developed as well.
One important point is the location where it’s all happening: the Oberwelt e.V. Stuttgart. Here, the current installation by Monika Drach can still be seen, providing us with a frame and inviting us into dialogue. So pour yourself a drink, sit down in front of your preferred device with or without headphones, and simply follow our live stream on YouTube (also accessible via www.tacke-band.de und Oberwelt Stream).

(Set up in 2012, the trio ART-ATTACKE, or TACKE for short, is a purveyor of German-language alternative pop with unusual lyrics. The group has already guested live in a host of galleries, art societies and institutions across Germany.
At the stylistic level, TACKE adopts an eclectic approach, seeking constantly to surprise, with greater emphasis being placed on nuance and lyrical depth. Linguistically poetic and strongly expressive, painter and illustrator Wolfgang Neumann (vocals, bass) is in a league of his own when it comes to lyrics. As in his paintings, the real world flashes forth with its impertinences and contradictions, continually becoming immersed in imaginary, absurd realms of experience that are sometimes highly amusing. Nik Zenon, who boasts a great wealth of experience on the guitar, also records the tracks for the CDs with a tonal transparency and fine attention to detail. The right beat comes courtesy of Detlef Eilers on percussion. With "Gammel Royal" (2014) and "Gute Nacht, Geschichte" (2015), the trio has brought out two CDs and limited art editions along with, more recently, a number of videos. Devoid of frills, ART-ATTACKE delights its receptive audiences with its live presence.
